For the foreseeable future we will be continuing with a Sunday service online at 10.30am and a service in one of our Benefice churches at 4pm on a 3 week rotation, starting as follows:

11th October – Drybrook
18th October – Lydbrook
25th October – Ruardean
and so on.

Please note – face coverings must be worn.

For the 4pm service we are limited to Clergy plus a congregation of no more than 29 people.

Over the past few weeks, we have had 20 plus people joining us in Church and, due to the restrictions, we are now asking if you could kindly book in with for all 4pm services please.  This will enable us to allocate seats accordingly and to continue to ensure that everyone is kept safe. It also makes the recording of who is attending (for track and trace services -should that be necessary) much easier. Please let me Rev. Clare Edwards know by 6pm on the Saturday, including details of any other members of your household who will also be attending, either by telephone (01594 726318) or email (revclareedwards@gmail.com).

Collection. Please read the following before you come!

If people would like to make an offering, there will be a bin bag just inside the church door as you enter or leave, so that you can ‘drop’ your gift in without touching the container. If you want your collection to go to a specific church please put it in a clearly marked envelope. You can also use your regular church envelopes if you have them. We will then be leaving the collection in the bag untouched in the safe for several days.

If you regularly gift aid your donations to church and would like to Gift Aid this gift then please place it in a sealed envelope before you come with the following details written clearly on the outside.

Your name, full address including postcode, amount given, date, name of church to benefit.

If you want to Gift Aid and have not already completed a Gift Aid declaration for a church in the benefice you also need to include the following.

I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year it is my responsibility to pay any difference.
