Remembrance Sunday

Small acts of remembrance following local government guidelines are still going ahead, but only with those who are actively taking part, laying wreaths etc. members of the wider community are discouraged from attending in order that together we may protect the veterans who may be there and those who are most vulnerable.

On Remembrance Sunday, Rev Clare Edwards will be at the Act of Remembrance at 10.45am in Lydbrook, which is being held down by the river to give more space to those attending.

Due to current lockdown restrictions we are no longer able to hold services in our church buildings.  Therefore, this week’s service will take place online at 3pm via facebook (as we would normally have at 10.30am) which will be a service of spiritual communion with an act of remembrance and our readings and prayers following that theme.
